One child named Imon died of overturning a tempo in city yesterday morning. The accident occurred at Isphani crossing in the city under Kotwali thana at about 12 noon.
The child Imon died on the spot, the injured have been sent to Chittagong Medical College Hospital immediately.
Victim Imon is the son of one Ibadur rahman of Lalkhan bazar in city. Police sources said, the passenger tempo was pushed from back side by a city bus leaving the child killed and six tempo passengers injured critically, sources said.
