An old man Akkas Ali (80) was killed in a road accident in Baraigram under Natore district on Sunday. Akkas Ali was a son of late Fazar Ali of the village Baraigram. This accident happened at Baraigram thana mure on Bonpara-Hatikumrul Highway. Baraigram Pouro Ward Councilor Rafikul Islam said, Akkas Ali was crossing the road on walking. At that time, Dakha bound Eshurdi Express bus hit the old man. As a result, he died on the spot.
Girl commits suicide : A youg girl Sabina Khatun (19) committed suicide by hanging herself in Baraigram upazila under Natore district on Sunday. Sabina Khatun was a daughter of Fulber Hossain of the village Mosinda. Locals said, a quarrel was happened between Sabina Khatun and her brother Sohag Ali on Sunday. Also, Sohag beat her. As a result, Sabina Khatun suicided by hanging herself with a rope in absence of family members.
