Former Commander of Nilphamari District Muktijoddha Sangsad and one of the organizers of the Liberation War Fazlul Haque died of heart attack at Rangpur Medical College Hospital at 6 pm today.
Nilphamari Sadar MP Asaduzzaman Noor, Deputy Commissioner MdHafizur Rahman Chowdhuryand Nilphamari Municipality Mayor and Nilphamari District Awami League President Dewan Kamal Ahmed prayed for the forgiveness of the soul of the deceased and conveyed deep sympathy to his bereaved family members. People from all walks of life in Nilphamari were shocked.
