Zakia Akter, mother of Daily Jaijai Din Chief Reporter Sakhawat Hossain’s died of old age complications at her Khilgaon residence on Wednesday. She was 80.
She left behind three sons, three daughters, relatives, well- wishers and admirers to mourn her death. She was buried at Shahjahanpur Graveyard after her namaz-e-janaza.
DRU president Shahed Chowdhury and General Secretary Ilias Khan expressed profound shock at the death of Zakia Akter.
They prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
