Dr Jagendra Chandra Deb, father of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishad General Secretary Jayanta Kumar Deb, died at United Hospital in the city on Thursday. He was 84.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder expressed profound shock at the death of Jagendra Chandra and prayed for salvation of the departed soul. He also extended sympathy to the members of the bereaved family.
