O Aamar Uralponkhirey and Ekta Chhilo Sonar Konnya are two popular songs written by Humayun Ahmed. Noted and popular singer Subir Nandi rendered the songs.
On the other hand, Channi Pasar Raitey, Ami Aj Bhejabo Chokh and Nodir Naam Moyurrakshi were rendered by another popular singer SI Tutul.
While rendering these songs these two singers had developed a good relationship with the late novelist, writer and filmmaker. Most of the people didn’t know the background of the creation of those songs. To disclose the matter, SI Tutul and Subir Nandi came forward. Besides rendering the songs, these two singers will tell the untold stories of the creation of those songs at a programme titled O Aamar Uralponkhirey, which will be telecast on Maasraga TV on the occasion of birth anniversary of Humayun Ahmed on November 13. The programme will be telecast at 5:02pm.
Hosted by wife of Humayun Ahmed Meher Afroz Shaon the programme is planned and scripted by Kabir Bakul.
