New Police Super for Chittagong district assigned from Wednesday.
Nure Alam Mina joined as Police Super in Chittagong in place of AKM Hafez Akhter who was promoted to as Additional DIG and posted at Police Headquarters.
Earlier, Nure Alam was the Police Super of Sylhet district, sources said. Mentionable that Nure Alam PPM joined police service in 2001 as Asstt Police Super and promoted as Addl SP and Police Super in 2006 and 2012 respectively. He acted as Police Super in Sylhet from April 2013 to 19 July 2016.
He was born in Kasiana thana under Gopalgonj district in 1976.
He is the father of two daughters and one son, sources added.
