The National University authorities have brought about some changes in the degree pass examinations schedules for the 2015 academic session because of the ongoing floods across the country.
In an announcement on Monday, the NU set new dates for the examinations scheduled for
August 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. According to new time table, sociology, social welfare, physics and marketing examinations scheduled for August 13 have been shifted to August 26, philosophy and soil science examinations scheduled for August 17 will be held on August 27, geography, while general science food and nutrition examinations scheduled for August 17 will now be held on August 28.
Islamic history and culture, chemistry, history, accounting examinations scheduled for August 19 have been shifted to August 29, while Bangla literature (optional), English literature (optional) basic home economics, Arabic, Pali, Saniskrit examinations for August 20 will be held on September 9.
Economics, zoology exams of August 21 have been shifted to September 10, home economics examinations of August 22 to September 11 and Islamic studies, applied home economics, economics, marketing examinations of August 23 to September 12.
The examination began on July 15 with the participation of 2.67 lakh students of 1,600 colleges across the country.
