Gonoshasthya Kendra founder Dr. Zafarullah Chowdhury said, “We do not want release of Begum Khaleda Zia, we want justice.”
He was speaking as the chief guest at a human chain programme organized for demanding the release of Begum Khaleda Zia on Tuesday.
The human chain programme was held in front of the Jatiya Press Club.
“Whereas more than 10 thousand innocent leaders and activists are imprisoned without getting justice, to whom do I want release of Khaleda?” Dr. Zafarullah raised question.
Among others, BFUJ President Ruhul Amin Gazi and BNP’s central executive committee member Ismail Hossain Bengal spoke among others.
