Staff Reporter :The forensic report could not find any evidence of sexual contact between actress Naznin Akter Happy and the National Cricketer Rubel Hossain.No reaction came from Happy and Rubel instantly till filing of the report on Wednesday night, police said. Quoting the doctors, Mirpur Model Police Station’s Officer-in-Charge (Investigation) Moinul Islam and Duty Officer and Sub-Inspector Nurul Islam said that the doctors could not find any evidence of physical contact between them. The report was handed to the police by the doctors on Wednesday morning.Police will take next course of action according to the report, they said.The law enforcing agencies are investigating the matter seriously after filing of a case against Rubel with the police station, they added. The sample was collected from them about several days ago for a forensic report, the police officials further said. DMCH Forensic Department Chairman Professor Dr Habibuzzaman Chowdhury said that that the forensic report had been handed over to Mirpur Thana police earlier on the day.Earlier on December 13, actress Happy Naznin filed a case against Rubel Hossain with the Mirpur Police Station under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act, sources said. Happy claimed that the National pace bowler had established physical contact with her for several times luring her of marriage but later he refused to marry her. Rubel, however, denied the allegations brought against him, they said.
