The annual sports competition of the Parents Care School and College was held at Chattogram College ground recently with Principal Jaharlal Bhattachariya in the chair. Senior school teacher Naznin Akhter and Md. Javed Hossain jointly conducted the sports events.
Chairman of the school managing committee and noted educationist & physician Principal Dr. Abdul Karim graced the occasion as chief guest. Director of Chattogram Sikkha Kaylan Foundation and Legal Advisor Advocate Dr. Md. Samiuddin inaugurated the sports events by hoisting national flag and releasing balloons Secretary of the CSK Foundation Dr. SarwarAlam was the principal speaker in it duly attended by Prof. Dr. Subal Achariya as special guest. Admin officer of the institution Dr M A Fazal delivered address of welcome in it
The chief guest in his brief address advised the students to maintain discipline and punctuality for building their careers. He said no development of the country is possible without disciplined life. He also emphasized the importance of sports to the students. Sports competition held on 30 events and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners of every events has been awarded with prizes and gifts, sources said.
