Nirab quits job as radio jockey after 15 years

After working as a radio jockey (RJ) for 15 years on Radio Today, Radio ABC, Radio Dhoni and Citi FM, popular RJ Nirab recently quitted his job. In the beginning
of this month, he started to work as head of cell communication of a multivendor. He is now busy with his new work. Nirab said, “Many persons know my name.
I am known to them by my name. It is a great achievement for me. The persons who came close to me they loved me so much. Basically ‘RJ Nirab’ is an adjective to me. When I worked as RJ in any organisation I always tried to give my level best effort. From that point of view, I have started my new journey in a multivendor marketplace. From the beginning of my new job, I have been trying to perform my duties sincerely. Inshallah, I hope I will become successful in this field.”
Nirab also said that besides working in new job, he will continue anchoring in stage and TV shows regularly. In that case, he will give preference to anchor those shows where viewers have keen interest to see my anchoring.
Nirab was also regular in acting. Under Chayanika Chowdhury’s direction he first acted in the drama Boishakh Theke Srabon. Later, he was seen to act in many dramas. He also acted in Arun Chowdhury’s movie Mayaboti.
As a hero, he will be seen to star in movie Chotpoti, directed by Tarek Mahmud, against Chamok Tara. Hailed from Rajbari, Nia is Nirab’s only daughter. June 29 is Nirab’s birthday, he also said.
