Staff Reporter :A team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested nine fake officials of a Multi- Level Marketing (MLM) company limited and six suspected smugglers from Konabari and Ashulia respectively under Gazipur district on the outskirts of the capital on Monday.The identity of the arrested persons could not be known instantly.RAB sources said that the RAB men raided the Konabari area following information at around 12:15am and arrested nine fake officials of a MLM company. RAB Media Wing Assistant Director Maksudul Haque confirmed the matter.Meanwhile, another team of RAB-1 arrested six alleged muggers and recovered a microbus and a truck from Ashulia around 12:30pm.RAB-1 Operation Officer ASP Kamrul Hasan said that a team of RAB-1 conducting a drive at midnight arrested the six suspected smugglers from Jamgara.
