Newspapers Owners’ Association of Bangladesh (NOAB) will observe March 26 as a holiday on account of the Independence and National Day.
The decision was taken in the executive committee of NOAB, a press release said.
The members who desire to bring out their publication may do so under special arrangement, it added.
