ASSEDO distributes blankets in C’nawabganj Chapainawabganj Correspondent Non-government organization Agriculture Sustainable and Socio Economic Development Organization (ASSEDO) under its Nadi O Jibon-2 project distributed 650 blankets in Narayanpur union and 350 blankets in Alatuli union of Chapainawabganj sadar upazila on Monday. During the distribution of blankets, chairman of Narayanpur UP Advocate Alamgir Kabir, executive director of ASSEDO Rabiul Alam and sub assistant agriculture officer Mominul Islam were present. Before this, ASSEDO distributed 1,500 blankets among poor cold hit people of the aforesaid two unions. Rangpur Branch of PBL distributed 250 quality blankets among the orphan students of two sections of the madrasha under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to mitigate sufferings of the distressed students.
