A trust fund titled ‘Educational & Counselling Psychology Gold Medal Trust Fund’ was set up at the Department of Educational & Counselling Psychology of Dhaka University (DU). In order to set up this fund, chairperson of the Department of Educational & Counselling Psychology Prof Dr Shaheen Islam handed over a cheque for Tk 5 lakh to DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof Dr Shahid Akhtar Hossain on Monday at the Vice-Chancellor’s office.
Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique, Dean of the Faculty of Biological Sciences Prof Dr Md. Imdadul Hoque, Prof Dr Shamim F Karim, Prof Dr Mehtab Khanam, Associate Professor Mahjabeen Haque, Lecturer Md. Azharul Islam and Acting Registrar Syed Rezaur Rahman were present on this occasion.
