Newly appointed Secretary (current charge) of Legislative and Parliamentary Affairs Division Moinul Kabir on Wednesday paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Kabir placed wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi 32 in the capital, an official press release said.
