The 34th Annual General Meeting of National Bank Limited was held on Sunday, at Utshab Hall, Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the city. Zainul Haque Sikder, Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting. 20 percent Stock Dividend was approved for the year ended on the 31st December, 2016 in the Annual General Meeting, said a press release.
The Directors of the bank Monowara Sikder, Khalilur Rahman, Rick Haque Sikder, Ron Haque Sikder and Mabroor Hossain, Independent Directors Md. Anwar Hussain, Md. Mahabubur Rahman Khan and AKM Enamul Hoque Shameem, Vice-President of Sikder Insurance, Mamtazul Haque, one of the valued shareholders, Dipu Haque Sikder, Managing Director and CEO (CC) Choudhury Moshtaq Ahmed and DMD and Company Secretary of the Bank ASM Bulbul were present in the meeting along with a large number of shareholders.
Chairman in his inaugural speech asked for all out effort from all the Executives, Officers & Staffs of the bank to make all the activities of the Bank dynamic and strong so that the bank can have a significant growth.
