The 35thannual general meeting (AGM) of National Bank Limited (NBL) was held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden hotel in the city on Wednesday.
With NBL Chairman Zainul Haque Sikder in the chair, the AGM approved12 percent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31 last.
NBL Managing Director Wasif Ali Khan, DMD and Company Secretary ASM Bulbul, directors Monowara Sikder, Parveen Haque Sikder, Alhaj Khalilur Rahman, Moazzam Hossain, Rick Haque Sikder, Ron Haque Sikder and Mabroor Hossain, independent directors Md Anwar Hussain and Md Mahabubur Rahman Khan were present at the AGM along with a large number of shareholders.
