Sadya Afreen Mallick is a legendary Nazrul artiste who got many awards for Nazrul songs. Under her initiative she has been organising to popular non-popular songs of Kazi Nazrul Islam to all under the banner of ‘Jems of Nazrul’ since 2016. On that year at first music video of song Dao Sourjo Dao Dhoirjo was made.
On the occasion of coming Independence Day, to telecast in all satellite channels, a music video of song titled Cholre Chapal Torun Dal has been made recently. Komol Dasgupta has composed its music while Tanveer Alam Shajeeb arranged its music. ‘Bharo Bhut’ has made its video.
Sadya Afreen Mallick informed that shooting of the video song was done in different locations in the capital’s Suhrawardy Uddyan area recently.
Dalia Nawsheen, Fatema-tuz-Zohra, Yashmin Mushtari, Iffat Ara Nargis, Champa Banik, Swaralipi, Suptika Mondal, Wakil, among others, gave their voices for the song, she added.
