A case has been filed against former Chief Justice SK Sinha with Shahbagh Police Station on charge of misuse of power and corruption.
Barrister Nazmul Huda, a former BNP leader filed the case on September 27, Masudur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (Media), told the newsmen yesterday (Monday).
He said, the case was filed accusing Justice Sinha of misusing of power and indulging in corruption.
