Popular singer of present time Nazmin Mimi tied the nuptial knot with Canadian expatriate Afzal Hossain recently.
The wedding ceremony was held at Mimi’s residence in the city’s Gulshan area with the presence of both family members. Hailed from Noakhali Afzal has been residing in Canada from his early childhood. He is engaged with business there.
While sharing her feelings about her marriage Mimi told this correspondent, “I always wanted to marry with my parents’ choice. Allah has fulfilled my wish. Everybody pray for us as we can continue our conjugal life happily in the long run.”
Nazmin Mimi is also hailed from Noakhali. Within very short time their post-wedding reception to be arranged.
Now Mimi has been engaged with her fourth solo album. In her solo album, there will be two songs which lyrics and tunes were composed by noted Indian singer Nochiketa. End of this month recording of those songs will be done, Mimi said.
