Bangladesh Navy emerged champions in the daylong U-23 Men’s 3×3 Basketball tournament beating Gregarious-H by 22-14 points in the final held on Friday at Dhanmondi Basketball Gymnasium in the city.
Besides, Bangladesh Army finished third position in the competition.
Vice-President of Bangladesh Basketball Federation (BBF) Moinul Ahasan Monju and its general secretary lieutenant commander AK Sarkar (retd.) were present on the occassion and distributed the prizes.
A total of 16 teams, split into four groups, took part in the meet.
Participating teams:
Group-A: Bangladesh Army-A, Bangladesh Air Force-B, Vertical Horizon- B and
Bangladesh Air Force-C.
Group-B: Chittagong- A, Hornets SC- A, Bangladesh Police and Hornets SC-B.
Group-C: Gregarious SCS, Vertical Horizon-B, Chittagong-B and Chandpur Basketball Academy.
Group-D: Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Army-B, Bangladesh Air Force-A and Bangladesh Army-C.
