The Walton 2nd National Throwball competition will begin on Saturday (February 4) at Paltan ground in the city. A total of seventeen teams – ten of men’s and seven of women’s – will compete in the three-day meet, organize by Bangladesh Throwball Association.
The first phase of the competition will be held in league basis while the second phase will be held in knock out basis.
In this regards a press conference was held on Tuesday at conference room of Bangabandhu National Stadium to five all the details of the meet.
Participating teams:
Men’s group – Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Ansar and VDP, Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Khulna district, Mymensingh district, Glorious Sporting Club, Gazipur district, South Pint School and College, Satkhira district and Jessore Science and Technology University.
Women’s group- Bangladesh Ansar and VDP, Bangladesh Poilce, Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Satkhira district, JB Sporting, Jessore Science and Technology University.
