The National Social Service Day-2022 was observed in different parts of the country on Sunday with the slogan ‘Mujib Borsho er Sofolota, Ghorei Paben Sokol Vata’.
On the occasion, a discussion was held at the conference room of Deputy Commissioner in Chuadanga with Deputy Commissioner Nazrul Islam in the chair. The discussion was addressed, among others, by Solaiman Haque Joarder, MP, and municipality Mayor Jahangir Alam Malik.
National Social Service day was also observed in Rangamati, a hilly district of Chattogram division. Rangamati Zila Parishad organised a discussion at its conference room on Sunday morning to mark the day with Zila Parishad Chairman Aung Shwe Prue Chowdhury in the chair. Later, prizes were distributed among the winners of different competitions in this regard, reports BSS.
