Mourning Day was celebrated on Sunday morning through different programs organized by Rangpur district administration, political parties and government and non-government organizations.
The programs organized by the district administration included writing, painting and other competitions, hoisting of the national flag, wreath laying at Bangabandhu’s mural, one minute silence, mourning rally, discussion meeting, award distribution and prayer ceremony.
