The EXIM Bank 24th National Men’s Handball Championship starts tomorrow at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Stadium.
Bangladesh Handball Federation will arrange the handball meet under auspices of EXIM Bank Limited.
A total of 29 teams splitting into eight groups will take part in the handball tournament.
Regarding the upcoming handball competition, a press conference was held at the Shaheed (Captain) M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium on Friday.
General Secretary of Bangladesh Handball Federation (BHF) Asaduzzaman Kohinoor, Chairman of the Organising Committee Hasan Ullah Khan Rana, Assistant General Secretaries of BHF Md Nurul Islam, SM Khalequzzaman Shawpan, Joint-Secretary of the Federation Md Selim Mia Babu speaking at the conference.
The budget of the tournament has been estimated at Tk 12,00,000 while EXIM Bank, the sponsor of the meet will bear total expenditure.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Biren Sikder, MP will inaugurate the meet tomorrow as the chief guest.
