Biman Bangladesh National Beach Volleyball competition (men’s and women’s) will be held from September 29 to October 3 at Shugandha point of World’s longest sandy beach in Cox’s Bazar.
Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister AKM Shahjahan Kamal, MP, is expected to inaugurate the five-day meet as the chief guest. Bangladesh Awami League Deputy Office Secretary Barrister Biplob Borua will be present in the closing ceremony as the chief guest and distribute the prizes.
Participating teams:
Men’s section: Bangladesh Power Development Board, Border Guard Bangladesh, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Prison, Bangladesh Water Development Board, Bangladesh Ansar, Cox’s Bazar District Sports Association, Wari Club, Chittagong University and Gopalganj District.
Women’s Section: Bangladesh Ansar, Bangladesh Police, Chittagong District Sports Association, Gazipur District Sports Association, Friends Union Club, Nobojagoroni Sangha, Dhaka University and Begum Anwara Sporting Club.
