Nasim leaves for Geneva to attend WHO confce

Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim left here on Saturday morning for Geneva, Switzerland to attend the 71st conference of World Health Organization (WHO).
The Minister would deliver his speech today at the Commonwealth conference on behalf of Health Ministers’ of Asian region, said a press release.
This year’s Health Assembly takes place on May 21-26, 2018 at the Assembly Hall of Palace the Nations.
Nasim would also attend separate meetings with different international forum including WHO Director General and Health Minister of India.
Secretary of Health Services Division M Serajul Huq Khan, former Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chairman of Bangladesh Medical Research Council (BMRC) Dr Syed Modasser Ali are accompanying him.
