Sports Reporter :Narail District team beat Kishoreganj District team by a solitary goal in the opening match of the Walton 3rd National Women’s Hockey Competition at the Moulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium on Monday.Kimi Karmaker of Narail District team scored the all-important goal in the 23rd minute of the play.In the day’s other match, Thakurgaon District team edged past Dhaka District team by 1-0 goals at the same venue.Shima of Thakurgaon District team scored the match-decider in the 24th minute of the game.Meanwhile, the match between Dinajpur district team and Jhenaidah District team ended in a goalless draw at the same venue.Senior Additional Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn inaugurated the Competition by releasing the balloons as the chief guest at the same venue.
