Popular TV actor and model Naim and Lux superstar Moushumi Hamid first performed together in Pallab Biswas directed TV serial Varsity. But they didn’t perform as juti (pair) in the serial.
After Varsity they had performed together in many faction plays.
Naim and Moushumi again
performed together in a new
drama serial titled Khun Ebong Atohpor. Tanjimul Noyon has
written script of the serial, while it was directed by Khan Mohammad Badruddin. This serial has been made on the occasion to air on Boishakhi TV. Shooting of this serial has already been started at a
shooting house in the city’s Uttara area. In this serial, Naim and
Moushumi Hamid are acting in roles of theatre activists. Naim is acting in role of Jubayer, while Moushumi is performing in role of Tonima in the serial. While talking about the serial Naim told this correspondent, “In fact, story of the serial inspired me to work in it. Therefore, I am acting in several faction plays now. I thought I should work in either one or two good drama serials right now. I always feel comfortable to work with Moushumi.”
On the other hand, Moushumi Hamid shared her feelings by this way, “For the first time, I am acting in role of a theatre activist. The role of mine in the serial Tonima is very challenging because it is the only female leading character in this
serial. For this reason, story of the serial revolves with my role. I think viewers will enjoy this exceptional story based drama serial.”
Meanwhile, Naim will finish work of Nabil Ashraf directed movie Rongdhonu within this week. Anchol and Anny are acting against Naim in the movie. Basically Naim’s interest to work in movie will depend on the movie Rongdhonu.
On the other hand, Moushumi Hamid has already started working in a new movie titled Jalal-er Pitagon. Work of her another movie titled Hudson-er Bonduk, which is being directed by Proshanto Adhikari, is remain stalled.
Meanwhile, for the first time under the direction of Afsana Mimi Moushumi Hamid is acting in her directed new drama serial titled Shatti Tarar Timir.
