Nafisa Chowdhury Nafa is one of the popular actresses of present time. Hailed from Shaheb Bazar of Rajshahi she is familiar as Nafa to all. She came into limelight after acting in Shahadat Hossain Liton directed movie Tumi Swapno Tumi Sadhona. But she entered into media by Lux-Channel i contest in 2006.
Nafa first worked in Aka Reza Galib’s telefilm Tobuo Bhalobashi. Later she worked in Ashutosh Sujon’s a serial titled Rasta. Then she became a busy actress in media.
She tied the nuptial knot with Taskin Hossain on 11.11.11. Nazha Taskin Ana is her only daughter. Nafa gives more time to her family and acting career. She finds something exceptional in acting. For this reason, she always tries to work in challenging roles.
Now Nafa is acting in Golam Mostafa Shimul’s movie Mukh O Mukhosh. She is lucky that she got the opportunity to work under Razzak’s direction in movie Ami Banchte Chai. Kamruzzaman Kamu’s The Director and Golam Mostafa Shimul’s Horizupia are Nafa acted mentionable movies.
Therefore, Nafa is also engaged with acting in different serials now like Amirul Islam Arun’s Shefali, Mainul Hasan’s High Society, Tumi Ami Se, Sushmoy Sumon’s Mayar Badhon and Alvi Ahmed’s Corporate.
July 25 is birthday of Nafa. While talking with her Nafa told this correspondent, “Tomorrow is my birthday. But I have no specific plan to celebrate the day. Therefore, I have no shooting schedule. So I will pass the day along with my husband and daughter. Everybody pray for me.”
