Iman Chakraborty is all set to present her unique solo musical show, Ei Ashorey Iman on July 25 at Rabindra Sadan. The musical will celebrate a trip down memory lane through the songs Iman will render.
Iman started her singing career as a Tagore song artiste and gradually went on to do playback for films. She got her debut National Award too two years back.
The musical has several segments from Tagore songs to songs she grew up with followed by folk songs, her own songs featuring some special performances with a few guest artistes. Noted radio presenter Roopsha Dasgupta will be hosting the musical evening.
