Prolific batsman Mushfiqur Rahim started practice at the garage in his house on Wednesday. Mushfiqur Rahim practised with his bat and tennis ball. Then he was busy with wicketkeeping for some time. The duration time of his batting practice was two minutes and 12 seconds. Rest of the time Mushfiqur Rahim spent in wicketkeeping.
Before the Eid-ul-Fitr, some senior cricketers sought permission from Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) to practice in the field. They urged BCB to permit them to engage in solo practice. After the Eid-ul-Fitr, BCB gave them permission to practice at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the city’s Mirpur. But as Mirpur was Red Zone, It was a tough task to practice there and no cricketer was busy in his practice there.
Earlier, Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Mahmudullah Riyad took part on a Facebook chat with Tamim Iqbal. They said, ” If Mushfiqur Rahim couldn’t practice for some days, Mushfiqur would die.” It was a humour.
They also said, ” Mushfiqur Rahim spent a lot of time in practice. If he couldn’t carry on his practice, he will become impatient.”
Mushfiqur Rahim really became annoyed without practice. He spent his time by physical exercise to keep his fitness.
