Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Popular TV actress Moutushi Biswas is now passing busy times with her upcoming feature film titled Krishnopokkho. Based on noted writer, playwright and filmmaker late Humayun Ahmed’s novel of the same title, the film is being directed by Meher Afroze Shaon. Moutushi is portraying the role of Miru in the movie. Miru’s life is focused on her daughter as her husband lives abroad. She spends most of her time with her daughter at her father’s residence. While talking about her role in the movie, Moutushi told this correspondent, “Many years ago, I had read the novel, but I’m reading it again and again to understand the role of Miru properly. It has a very good story. Miru is an interesting character and when Shaon offered me to act in that the role I agreed instantaneously.” Moutushi also mentioned that coincidentally her daughter Arya is also playing Miru’s daughter in the movie. For this reason, Moutushi is feeling a different experience to work with her little Arya. It may be mentioned that though Moutushi has previously portrayed Humayun Ahmed’s characters in the small screen, this is the first film. Shooting of the movie is going on now, she said.
