ZH Mintu is a renowned cinematographer. Many famous movies were made under his cinematography. But he never engaged with direction.
For the first time, ZH Mintu has made a telefilm titled Megh-er Aaraley. Story concept of the telefilm was also given by him. But Helal has made its screenplay.
Three times National Film Award winning actor Riaz and actress Moushumi played in two lead roles in the telefilm.
After finishing its shooting Mintu has already submitted the telefilm to Channel i authority.
Earlier Riaz and Moushumi worked together in three movies. They also worked together in Mushfiqur Rahman Gulzar’s a play. But for the first time they worked together in any telefilm.
While sharing her feelings in this regard Moushumi told this correspondent, “Under Mintu Bhai’s cinematography I had worked in several movies. But under his direction it was my first work. He works in organized way. On the other hand, Riaz is a good human being. He talks clearly. He can impress everybody within very short time of introducing. From the very beginning I have observed it. Despite working in common field somebody has jealous to others. But in this case, Riaz is absolutely different to others. Although we had worked only in three movies but we have a nice relationship.”
Riaz shared his feelings by this way, “Both I and Moushumi are scorpions. My birthday is on October 26 and Moushumi’s on November 3. Though we see each other a little bit but we have a good friendship. As a person, Moushumi is outstanding. I was really impressed to see her humanity among people. Another thing is that Moushumi has a tendency to love still now which is really strength for any actress. She should get proper honour from everybody.”
Moushumi and Riaz had experience to work together in Shawkat Jamil’s movie Ekjon Songey Chhilo and under Chashi Nazrul Islam’s direction. But as a pair, Riaz-Shabnur and Moushumi-Ferdous were very popular among the viewers Moushumi got little bit scope to work against Riaz, she said.
