Moumita Barua is a promising singer of present generation. She was top 10 contestants in music reality show, Channel i-Serakontho in 2017. She has already established her position in the field of music. Listeners like her voice and rendering style. Hailed from Chattogram, Moumita’s father Tibid Barua Rana was her first mentor in music. For last 13 years, Moumita has been receiving lessons in classical music from Subrata Das Anuj. Dhruba Guha is trying to nurture this trained vocal. On the occasion of coming Eid, Moumita’s new original song titled Chand Joshna Dhale is going to release under the banner of Dhruba Music Station. Shahidur Rahman wrote lyrics of this melodious song while SR Sarwar has composed its music. Music video of the song has been done in Assam, India.
While talking about the song Moumita said, “Those songs which lyrics and tunes are nice will surely remain in the world for many years. Chand Joshna Dhale is such a nice song as I believe. I have many dreams with this song. During childhood, I believed I would become singer like Asha Bhosle or Lata Mangeshkar. Now I want to take time for 10 years to establish myself as a reputed singer. I want to do war with music.”
Moumita also said within short time her duet song titled Tip with Close Up 1 star Rashed will be released. Guri Guri Brishti was debut original song of Moumita. Mahmud Shaon wrote lyrics of the song, while Borno Chakroborty composed its music.
