Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Nurul Islam BSc said women workers those intends for overseas employment jobs should undergo training in respective trade and the vocational training centres in each upazila will be established across the country very shortly aimed at self reliant of skilled workers.
The minister also said the registration of fortune seekers will be done from Chittagong and directives for quick implementation of registration process already given to the concerned officials.
 He disclosed it while exchanging views with the journalists of print and electronic media of Chittagong at a city posh restaurant yesterday afternoon. He further said thumb impression of the fortune seekers, smart card alongwith other procedures will be completed from Chittagong within next one week. It was the first ever views exchange meeting with the journalists of local and national medias after assumption his charge as Minister.
 During the views exchanging , the minister said intending fortune seekers at present had to go Dhaka for briefing and training and facing a lot of problems and this sufferings will be eliminated immediately following the registration processing from Chitagong. The Minister also mentioned that local public representatives are certifying the Rohingyas as Bangladeshi for getting passport and the Rohingyas are migrating to middle east countries .
 The numbers of Rohingyas in ME countries with Bangladeshi passports not less than 50 thousand . Regarding Malaysian employment, the minister asked all not to pay any amount to any brokers, human traffickers before reaching Malaysian airport and the amount of processing employment in Malaysia not more than Tk. 60 thousand. He also warned the illegal fortune seekers those intend to go by risky boat journey.
 He further said there are large demand of technical hands in medical sector in Malaysia and hence a Medical training Institute will be established in Chittagong . About the questions of journalists, the Minister said the family members of
 dead body of a expatriate worker of ME countries are given Tk.25000 instantly after reaching in Airport and the death compensation of tk.3 lakh will be given to the successors of the expatriate worker within 2 months . Among others Advisor of City AL Md. Ishaq Miah, President of city AL Mohiuddin Chowdhury, CDA Chairman Abdus Salam, Zilla Parishad Administrator MA Salam, former legislator Nurul Alam chowdhury, General secretary of south district AL Mofizur Rahman and the Deputy Secretary of the concerned ministry Mohsinuddin Chowdhury were present on the occasion.
