Deputy Commissioner of Chattogram Mohammad Mominur Rahman has said that coronavirus infection has increased again in the district and other parts of the country due to non-compliance with health norms. More than 100 guests have been barred from attending any event.Complete hygiene and at least 3 feet of physical distance must be maintained during the limited range of ceremonies.
Instructions have been sent to community center and hotel-restaurant owners in this regard. However, until further notice, public gatherings like Urs, Milad Mahfil, Mahotsav and other religious ceremonies will remain closed for the time being. If this instruction is disobeyed, necessary legal action will be taken.
