On behalf of the ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation, anti-corona booths have been set up in front of some mosques in the city.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar inaugurated the Kadamtali Matiarpul Yar Ali Mosque, Halishahar Khan Saheb Jame Mosque, Dakshin Pahartali Karaitala Jame Mosque and Bangabandhu Club in Halishahar at 3 pm on Friday (August 6).
Alhaj Mohammad Ali Saudagar Motiarpool Air Ali Jame Mosque Motowalli Hajji Mohsin, Absar Ahmed Shiblu, Ward Awami League leader Ilias Sarkar, Juba League leader Shibu Prasad Chowdhury, Hossain Ahmed Rubel, Md. Babul, Md. Murad, Abu Taher Rana, Chittagong College BCL President Mahmudul Karim, Vice-President Monir Islam, Abdullah Al Simon and others were present on the occasion.
Meanwhile, Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar said, “There is no alternative to masks and hand sanitizers to create public awareness and protect the common man against corona.”
