Under the auspices of Mostafa Hakim Welfare Foundation, a family trust foundation of City Mayor M Manzoor Alam , distributed Iftari items to one mosque of the 41 city wards , Arefin nagar Jame mosque and Bundel Road Sebak colony mosque in the city.
On Friday the iftari commodities were distributed in Jamiatul Falah mosque, Anderkilla shahi jame mosque, East Solasahar mosque, Alamgir Khanka Sarif and Baluardighi Taiyabia Khanka sharif mosque. A sources of the foundation told that the distribution of Iftari items will continue for whole month of Ramadan.
A sources of CCC said huge numbers of poors , urchins and distressed people of the society are deprieved of Iftar , and hence Mostafa Hakim Foundation has taken this intitiatives for distsribution of Iftari foods in different mosques of the city aimed at feeding the destitutes.
