A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Monno Fabrics Limited & B-Trac Engineering Ltd. for power supply for 15 years with a fixed rate,through the latest solar power technology, planned to be installed on the rooves of the factory buildings covering a surface of over 300,000 sqft.
Mr. Rasheed Samiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of Monno Fabrics Ltd., and Mr. M. Jahangir Alam, FCMA, Group CEO of Bangla Trac Group signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Mr. Rasheed Mymunul Islam, Director, Monno Fabrics Ltd., and Mr. Fahad Mahmud Islam, Group CFO ofBangla Trac Group were also present.
Mr. Rasheed Samiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director of Monno Fabrics Ltd. said “With this agreement, we will establish a solar power plant. It will reduce our energy costs and in turn that the profitability of the company will be increased.Hence, we are very much hopeful to provide benefit to our employees and as well as our shareholders.”
The Agreement on environment-friendly solar power technology will be a good impact to reduce power deficiency and help to achieve goals of sustainable, reliable, and green energy.
