After two years of returning country, popular model and actress Monalisa has been acting in TV plays and telefilms one after another. Till now she has acted against Zahid Hasan, Mosharraf Karim, Shojol, Apurba and Afran Nisho in different works on the occasion of coming Eid. This time she acted against Emon in a play titled Bhalobasha Tomar Aamar.
Promising director Maksudur Rahman Bishal has made the play. Shooting of the play was done yesterday in the city’s Uttara area.
While talking about acting in the play Monalisa said, “Story of the play is nice. Basically it is the tale of husband-wife. For the first time I acted under Bishal’s direction. Therefore, I got Emon as my co-actor who is also my intimate friend. We have better understanding and he is very much co-operative during shooting. Emon is more matured in acting rather than previous times.”
Emon shared his feelings by this way, “Earlier I worked under Bishal’s direction. He has intention to do good job. He always gives freedom to actors. I got my long time friend Monalisa so it has become joyful work for us. I always give priority to Monalisa as a model but in this play she has proved her acting skill. She is a top class actress. In fact, I am very much optimistic about this play.”
This play will be aired on Asian TV from Eid day to next seven days. Therefore, Emon acted and Bishal directed another play ‘Portrait’ will be aired on Ntv in Eid.
