Mohonto emerges champion in Rapid Chess BSS, Dhaka Nayan Kumar Mohonto emerged champions in the Holiday Rapid Chess tournament that concluded on Friday last evening in the city’s Uttara sector no 9, a press release said. He secured 6.6 points from seven matches to clinch the tournament title, organized by Uttara Central Chess Club. Besides, Moniruzzaman Moni finished runners-up with five points playing the same number of matches. Uttara Central Chess Club president Rahat Hossain was present as the chief guest on the closing day and distributed the prizes.
