Mohd. Hanif Chowdhury and Hasina Gazi have been re-elected as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Republic Insurance Company Limited in its 115th Meeting of Board of Directors respectively, said a press release.
Mohd. Hanif Chowdhury is the Chairman of Unitex Group of Companies. He was the Vice-Chairman of the company from 2000-2014. Hanif Chowdhury is the Director of Bangladesh Commerce Bank Limited.
Hasina Gazi is the Vice-Chairman of Gazi Group of Companies. At present she is the elected honorable mayor at Tarabo Pourasova in Narayangonj.
