Mohammedan lose valuable points Muktijoddha earn 2nd win in BPL

Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra registered their second win in the TVS Bangladesh Premier League football as they blanked Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra by 3-0 goals was held on Saturday at Bashundhara Sports Complex in the city.
With the day’s win, Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad raised their tally to six points from eight matches while Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra, who suffered fifth defeat in the league, remained at their previous credit of five points playing the same number of outings.
In the day’s match, Japanese midfielder Soma Otani, midfielder Didarul Alom and forward Aminur Rahman Sajib scored one goal each to secure Muktijoddha’s comprehensive victory on the day.
Muktijoddha went attack early and got the reap when Soma Otani scored the first goal in the 22nd minute.
After the breather, the team came to the field with more organised way and scored two more goals when Didarul Alom doubled the lead 54th minute and Aminur Rahman Sajib completed the winners’ tally scoring the third goal in the 81st minute of the match.
Muktijoddha, who have been struggling to break the jinx of their losing streak following their first victory over Swadhinata Krira Sangha in the league, clearly dominated the proceeding and notched their deserving victory on the day while Sheikh Russel were totally off-colored.
In the other match,Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited lost valuable points as they were forced by Uttar Baridhara Club to play a goalless draw in the TVS Bangladesh Premier League Football held on Saturday at Sheikh Fazlul Haque Mani Stadium in Gopalganj.
With the day’s outcome, the traditional black and white Motijheel outfit Mohammedan SC secured 10 points from eight matches while Uttar Baridhara also bagged eight points playing the same number of outings.
In the day’s match, Mohammedan, however, created number of scoring chances but failed to convert any of those into a goal lack of proper finishing.
