Popular model and actress Rafiath Rashid Mithila is working at Brac International for many days. After starting corona pandemic,
she has been doing office regularly under the process of ‘work from home.’ For this reason, maintaining social distance and hygiene
she is now getting scope to work independently in dramas,
telefilms and movies. According to her, during break time of shooting on the spot Mithila is doing her office work using her laptop after taking permission from the directors. As a result, she gets
the opportunity to attend official meeting also by this process.
She is also doing her PhD on early childhood education.
The directors, who work with Mithila, they accept the matter and give her the scope to do her official works. In last Eid-ul-Fitr,
Mithila acted in five dramas. On the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Azha, Mithila is expected to do more works for the festival.
She said she has already finished shooting of Goutam Koiree’s drama Ami Mithila Na. Story of same looking two persons is the theme of the drama. Mithila enjoyed a lot to act in this drama.
She also finished shooting of Abu Hayat Mahmud directed short film Tiya Pakhi, which story is written by Monjurul Shibly,
Hasan Rezaul directed drama Being Woman, Priti Dutta’s drama Together and a drama on the occasion of Father’s Day. Meanwhile, she also completed shooting Rakesh Basu’s a drama. Last week
she started to take part in shooting of a telefilm titled Sahosika, directed by Tanim Rahman Angshu. Ashish Khondokar, Manoj, among others are acting with Mithila in this telefilm.
While talking about acting for coming Eid Mithila said, “In fact,
I always miss acting. Now I can work independently because, I can attend office through ‘work from home’ process. During break time of shooting, I can do my official works and also attend official meeting using my laptop after taking permission from directors. I got the opportunity to work under good scripts. There are some other good scripts on my hand now. Due to corona pandemic, shooting of my first acted movie remain stalled. If we get the scope to take part in shooting at outdoor spaces, shooting will be completed.”
