Readers' Forum: Mindless cruelty

From the newspapers of February18,2016 we learned that bodies of four kids were found buried under sand after they were missing for five days.
This is not the first time that we heard of children being murdered, it is happening routinely now-a-days, kids are also being tortured inhumanly
Forty-five children were murdered in one and half month, it seems that fiends are at work finding a fertile ground, evil force is getting the upper hand as law-enforcing agents are failing to control the criminal activities, sometimes a few of them go astray and join hands with the criminals.
It cannot go on like this, concerned authorities must take urgent steps to stop these gory incidents.
