The 42nd death anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and National Mourning Day was observed at Milestone College with due respect and solemnity on August 15 last.
On the occasion an elaborated programmes have been chalked out which were included: hoisting of National Flag at half-mast, wearing black badges, Doa Mahfil and memorial discussion.
A special memorial discussion was held at Milestone College Campus on occasion of the 42nd anniversary of martyrdom of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family members who were brutally killed on August 15 in 1975.
Principal of Milestone College Prof Md Shahidul Islam, Administrative Principal Lt. Colonel M Kamaluddin Bhuiyan (retd) and Administrative Director Md Masud Alam were present as guests at the programme.
Students, departmental heads, all teacher, a large number of officers and staffs attended the discussion.
