Northern Ireland boss Michael O’Neill is set to be offered a new two-year deal by the Irish Football Association.
IFA president Jim Shaw said the issue of O’Neill’s future as national coach would be addressed at the end of the Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
O’Neill, 46, was appointed in December 2011 and is on the verge of taking the team to their first European finals. Northern Ireland need two points from their last two qualifying games – at home to Greece and away to Finland.
